As you know, May was our last book club until the end of summer. We will start up again in August. We always try to have something to read over the summer and this is the book we chose:
The Girls from Ames: A Story of Women and a Forty-Year Friendship by
Jeffrey Zaslow.

If you think of a trip we could take or just a meeting for lunch, please give us your suggestions.

I found a great book to follow up "Same kind of different as me".
Its called "Under the Overpass" by Mike Yankowski--2 guys who live as homeless for a number of months. Mike "needed to know if his faith in God was real--if he could actually be the Christian he said he was apart from the comforts he'd always known"
Fantastic, convicting reading!
